We enjoyed the company of about 40 guests for our Dine & Wine event 25 July. We were able to raise more than $750 for our major project this year, a therapy dog named Mitchel who brings comfort to the children at the Lake County Childrens Advocacy Center.
 
John and Emerald Sciaretta from the Italian Kitchen served up appetizers, including stuffed mushrooms, crustini and summer corn, followed by a wonderful meal of veal tortellacci, broccoli pesto gnocchi and brasiola led up to the whole Scottish salmon that Chef John served tableside. 
 
The wines were perfectly paired and presented with a background story by Sommelier Tom.  Thank you to all who participated.
