Volunteers Needed: July 4th Rotary Race

Our annual Fourth of July Rotary Race as part of the Deerfield Family Days events is quickly approaching, and there are lots of volunteer opportunities available to help make this a successful event.
 
Race Day Volunteers - Tuesday, July 4,
6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.:
  • Registrars
  • Refreshment and water handlers
  • Help with setup and take-down
  • Race marshals
  • Timekeepers
Farmers Market - Saturday, June 24:
  • Help with setup and take-down of our booth
  • Help promote race and register participants
Thursday, June 29:
  • Help fill "goodie bags"
A volunteer sign-up sheet will be distributed at our meeting on Thursday, June 1, or you can contact Barry Gray or Peter Fitzgerald directly.
